収納スペースの確保もそうですが、設置場所はカーペットになっていて、ほこりが貯まりやすい場所かつ掃除しにくい場所なので、ほこりがたまってきたら外して洗えるのが良いと思います。
なお、スズキのディーラーの方が言ってましたが、この商品を設置することでトランスファーノブへの干渉が起こるそうです。
過去に4Lにした際にギアが滑り危険な思いをした方がいたそうです。
車両の故障は見つけられず原因究明に苦労したところ、この商品があることできちんとギアが入ってなかったそうです。4Lにする時のみ干渉しないように気をつける必要がありそうです。4Hは問題ないとのことでした。
This is another all-time classic product. It’s also compatible with the Nomad.
While it helps create storage space, the installation area is carpeted—a spot where dust tends to accumulate and is hard to clean. So, I think it’s great that you can remove it and wash it when dust builds up.
By the way, a Suzuki dealer mentioned that installing this product can cause interference with the transfer case knob.
Apparently, there was a case in the past where someone had a dangerous experience with the gears slipping after shifting into 4L.
They couldn’t find any vehicle malfunction and struggled to identify the cause, but it turned out that the presence of this product was preventing the gears from engaging properly. It seems you need to be careful to avoid interference only when shifting into 4L. They said there’s no issue with 4H.
