施工は塗って30秒〜1分程度置いたら拭き取るだけの簡単施工。
しかし、きちんとした仕上がりにするには、きっちり下地を作ってから施工するのが良いはず。
僕は通常の洗車をして、リンレイ水アカスポットクリーナーでもう一度洗車してから施工しました。

Application is simple: just apply it, let it sit for 30 seconds to a minute, then wipe it off.
However, to achieve a proper finish, it’s best to prepare the surface thoroughly before applying it.
I gave the car a regular wash, then washed it again with Rinrei Water Spot Cleaner before applying the product.
仕上がりは良いと思います。
そこまでバリツヤではないが、十分。手触りはなめらかです。
ボディ、ガラス、未塗装樹脂に使えて、説明書に書いてないですが、ホイールにも使ったところ、しっかり水をはじいてました。
YouTubeは10分20分程度の動画だから施工も簡単に終わるように錯覚してしまう。それでも自分でできそうなら買ってみよう！となるが、丁寧な洗車から施工までやると、朝から夕方までかかりました。
コンパクトカーでこれなのでミニバンなどだともっとかかると思います。
I think the finish turned out well.
It’s not super glossy, but it’s good enough. It feels smooth to the touch.
It can be used on the body, glass, and unpainted plastic. Although it wasn’t mentioned in the instructions, I tried it on the wheels too, and it repelled water really well.
Since the YouTube videos are only about 10 to 20 minutes long, it gives the illusion that the application process is quick and easy. Even so, you might think, “If I can do this myself, I’ll give it a try!” But when you do everything properly—from a thorough car wash to the actual application—it took me from morning until evening.
Since this is for a compact car, I imagine it would take even longer for a minivan or similar vehicle.
こういった作業は自分でそこまで時間をかけてやるかどうか。ここに尽きると思います。
やったら達成感はあるけどほぼ1日かかるとなると、keeperコーティングなどのお金をかけて外注するかどうかですね。
keeperコーティングは以前やりましたが、keeperにしても全く洗車をしなくてよくなるわけではないので、私個人としてはひと月かふた月に1,2程度まめに洗車する人は、こういった自分で行うコーティングで良いと思っています。
一度施工すれば水で流すだけである程度の汚れが落ちるので洗車が楽になりました。
半年に1回程度の施工で普段の洗車が時短になったのでそこが良かった点と思います。
It really comes down to whether you’re willing to spend that much time doing this kind of work yourself.
While you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment if you do it, it takes almost a whole day, so the question is whether you’d rather spend the money on a service like Keeper Coating and have it done professionally.
I’ve had Keeper Coating applied before, but even with Keeper, you don’t stop having to wash your car entirely. Personally, I think this kind of DIY coating is fine for people who wash their car diligently once or twice a month or every two months.
Once it’s applied, just rinsing it with water removes a fair amount of dirt, so washing the car has become easier.
Applying it about once every six months has saved me time on my regular car washes, so I think that’s the main benefit.
